Shipping policy
Dispatch Location:
Products are shipped from Hong Kong to the delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of order placement.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, provided the item is in stock.
Tracking Information:
After checkout, a tracking number will be emailed to the buyer. This tracking number lets the buyer monitor the parcel's journey from dispatch to delivery.
Customs and Import Duties:
KLDSCOPE is not liable for any import or customs duties that may be incurred upon receiving a shipment. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Reshipping Policy:
If the initial delivery fails due to the recipient’s error (e.g., wrong address, unavailability), KLDSCOPE reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs; also, a reshipping fee will apply for reprocessing and redelivery.
