We Want You to Love Your Belt

Every KLDSCOPE belt is handcrafted to last for years. If the size isn't quite right, we'll make it right.

Size Exchange Within 14 Days

Not sure about the fit? We offer a one-time size exchange on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Just send it back, and we'll ship you the correct size.
To qualify:
  • The belt must be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags attached
  • Exchange is for a different size of the same product, subject to availability
  • The entire process (from contacting us to shipping the item back) must be completed within 14 days
Not eligible for exchange:
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) or Made-to-Measure (MTM) items
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing original tags

How It Works

  1. Email us at info@klds.co, and we'll confirm your new size and provide the return address.
  2. Ship the belt back, just the belt with tags, no gift box needed. Use a bubble mailer with tracking for the most affordable option. Return postage is at your expense.
  3. We inspect and ship your new size within 3-5 business days after receiving your return. Replacement shipping is on us.

Defective Items

In the rare event you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

GLOBAL RETURN HUBS (INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES MADE EASY)

We understand international shipping can be costly. To provide a seamless experience for our global community, you do not need to ship exchanges worldwide. We offer local transit facilities for affordable domestic returns:

Asia & Rest of World: Direct return to our studio in Hong Kong.

North America:Domestic drop-off hubs in the US (Oregon) and Canada (Toronto).

UK & Europe: Domestic drop-off hubs in Ashford, UK, and Milan, Italy.

Oceania: Domestic drop-off hub in Sydney, Australia.

Important Notes

  • If the returned item is not received at our warehouse within 14 days of your confirmation, the exchange request may be considered invalid.
  • Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with returning items.
